Based on the Retail codes for gas and electricity, TRUenergy has developed a retail energy charter. For customers on regulated tariffs, this document outlines the rights and responsibilities of TRUenergy to you and your responsibilities in the arrangement.
For customers on our market-based plans, this charter, together with the terms and conditions of your plan and the details outlined on your schedule form the agreement.
