We are currently refining our approach to a range of strategic development opportunities such as talent management, succession planning, and leadership development which will create further opportunities for our employees to enhance their skills.
In addition to a range of formal development options including tertiary education assistance, paid professional memberships, external courses and a developing library of on-line resources, TRUenergy believes that the primary source of development is “on-the-job”. To that end, we utilise a number of role-based development approaches including secondments, mentoring, coaching, special projects, and workplace activities to support formal learning programs.
